Job Description

The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst (Audience Planning) plays a pivotal role in the Company’s digital marketing team, specifically focused on driving results from SEM (paid search), SEO, other paid media and social. The Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing is responsible for execution of planning, development and maintenance of all digital campaigns across paid and unpaid marketing channels. The Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing also is responsible for driving and effectively communicating the value of the brand to customers through online channels and campaigns.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Executes on the day to day activities of all SEM, social media, display and other digital campaigns.

  • Provides in-depth pre/post analyses for digital campaigns on how they are performing, and provide recommendations to improve to optimize based on company's objectives.

  • Works collaboratively with the organization, including across departments to ensure the online experience and campaigns are accomplishing the Company’s goals.

  • Develops paid media roadmap in collaboration with management and other departments for Republic Services to enhance the customer experience.

  • Analyzes quantitative and qualitative data through online customer feedback and provide recommendations to drive improvements.

  • Partners with the other members of the Digital Marketing Team to improve the overall online experience through website optimization.

  • Partners with the Email and other Digital Marketing Analysts to develop a comprehensive approach to SEM, SEO, Email and Social execution.

  • Conducts and owns updates and analysis for key team dashboards to drive results.

  • Analyzes and reports all key performance indicators for key initiatives related to job responsibilities including all paid media campaigns and uses information to make recommendations to support and influence the key business goals and objectives.

  • Assesses, audits and assists in implementing site and program tags to ensure and extend the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of web analytics data.

  • Works with manager(s) to conceive and test new digital projects to meet business objectives.

  • Communicates with internal and external customers for relevant input to develop and implement successful projects.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (required).

  • Experience with data reporting and quantitative analysis.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing such as eCommerce, search engine, email, mobile and/or social.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
