The Inside Sales Supervisor provides direct support and leadership to the designated Inside Sales team to ensure the timely and effective follow up on lead opportunities to establish new accounts and support for the current customers to deliver Growth through Differentiation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Performs all responsibilities related to the management of the Inside Sales staff including, but not limited to, managing, tracking results, training, hiring, mentoring, developing, scheduling and directing.
Manages team processes and procedures to drive all touch points in the customer experience, including sales generation, handling customer inquiries and problem resolution, operations interactions, and retaining existing accounts.
Defines expectations for team members regarding individual and team performance goals and productivity levels.
Leads and motivates the team to meet their sales and service goals.
Meets periodically with direct reports to review performance, identify any issues and set expectations of goals.
Drives performance results by managing process improvements, team quality and productivity standards and metrics.
Monitors, evaluates and analyzes metrics relating to productivity and profitability to ensure corporate objectives are met, including metrics reports and dashboards.
Reports metrics to direct manager to provide visibility on progress to goals.
Directs actions necessary to provide excellent customer service level.
Forecasts demands utilizing historical information and current industry trends to anticipate internal and external customer requirements and provide guidelines to ensure continuous improvements.
Builds strong relationships and provides expertise to support functional counterparts.
Works closely with Division, Area, or Corporate personnel as necessary to evaluate changes in business processes/procedures and implement appropriate action plans.
Plans, coordinates and conducts meetings and presentations to discuss key metrics and reports for all levels of the organization.
Participates actively in ongoing training to the team as needed.
Oversees maintenance and timely updates of information for the knowledge management tool to ensure accuracy of information.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Previous supervisory, management or project management experience. (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of customer service leadership experience, sales experience or service industry operations experience. (Required)
